In this role, Padula will spearhead the development of a comprehensive suite of environmental products, ensuring Starwind stays at the forefront of emerging trends and continues to excel in the marketplace. With his extensive expertise in environmental risks, Padula will focus on delivering profitable underwriting results while supporting Starwind’s growth and innovation.

An industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience, Padula has held diverse roles across environmental consulting, claims, and underwriting. Most recently, he served as the head of U.S. environmental operations at a leading specialty insurance and reinsurance firm. His unique background, blending claims insight, technical consulting, and underwriting, equips him to craft tailored programs and products that will support Starwind's trading partners.
