CRC Group Announces New Executive Leadership Appointments

CRC Group, a leading wholesale specialty insurance distributor in North America, announces the appointment of three leaders to key executive positions in the company’s commercial solutions division.

Brent Tredway is taking on the role of sole president of the Brokerage Division, where he will continue to lead the division's organic growth strategy and execution. Tredway has led the brokerage division's efforts around carrier engagement, new and emerging markets, and sales management since 2020, becoming a driving force in the leadership, direction, and success of CRC Group's brokerage offerings.

Brennan Paris, CRC's current Binding Division chief operating officer, is stepping into the role of president of the Binding Division. Paris will lead the daily operations for all Property & Casualty binding in his new position. He joined CRC Group in 2019 as senior vice president and director of carrier distribution, tasked with leading the company's market partner program, developing an international broking strategy, and collaborating to build Insurisk, CRC's exclusive in-house product line. Paris will continue to report to West McAdams, who will be taking on the role of chairman of CRC Binding Division.

In addition to his current role as national property practice leader, Chris Carlson is assuming the role of chief operating officer of CRC's Commercial Solutions Division. Since joining CRC Group in 2021, Carlson has worked to continue expanding the practice group's expertise and focused on providing retail clients with improved data, analytics, and exclusive products. In his expanded role, Carlson will focus on implementing growth strategies, including team structuring, producer recruiting, and operational management across Commercial Solutions.
