During his tenure, Grim oversaw practice group growth, developed innovative Excess & Surplus Lines products, and consistently delivered top-tier solutions for complex casualty insurance programs. His expertise spans large residential, commercial, and public works construction, real estate portfol ios, and comprehensive consolidated insurance programs (CIPs, OCIPs, and CCIPs).

In addition to his production expertise, Grim is highly regarded for his leadership in professional development. His contributions to the insurance industry have earned him numerous accolades, including recognition as one of Insurance Business America’s 2025 and 2019 “Hot 100” and the 2019 “Young Broker of the Year” award from Insurance Insider.
