With over 25 years of experience in risk management and a deep expertise in life sciences and healthcare, the addition of Varner will accelerate the growth of CRC’s Life Sciences and Healthcare vertical, driving
innovation and delivering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of these industries.
Prior to joining CRC, Varner served as Executive Vice President, National Life Science and Digital Health & Telemedicine Practice Leader with a full-service insurance brokerage and consulting firm, where she built and managed practices serving 300+ companies. As a recognized thought leader in product liability, professional liability, and clinical trials insurance, Varner has repeated ly brought transformative ideas to life. Her work includes developing proprietary technology platforms for clinical trials and crafting innovative insurance policy language in collaboration with Lloyd’s of London to protect emerging science organizations.
