Neil Kessler will lead a newly formed Wholesale Division including the Commercial Solutions businesses (CRC Brokerage, CRC Binding, and Tapco) and the Life, Retirement, and Benefits businesses (BenefitMall, Crump, and Hanleigh). There will be no changes to any underlying operating brand names or leadership teams for those businesses.
Effective January 1, 2024 CRC Group announced Neil Kessler will lead a newly formed Wholesale Division including the Commercial Solutions businesses (CRC Brokerage, CRC Binding, and Tapco) and the Life, Retirement, and Benefits businesses (BenefitMall, Crump, and Hanleigh). There will be no changes to any underlying operating brand names or leadership teams for those businesses.
Kessler will continue to report to Dave Obenauer in his role as Vice Chairman and President of Truist Insurance Holdings.

The new structure will allow the organization to better serve clients and carrier partners as the company continues to grow.
